Valuation Services is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Bob and Mary Lou Sakoi. Bob, a California State Certified Appraiser, has been producing appraisals of residential real estate for 12 years. Mary Lou is your contact person. She logs appraisal requests, makes appointments and preps the files prior to inspection. They have prepared appraisal reports for private individuals, major banks and mortgage companies, finance firms, attorneys, accountants, estates and the RTC.
